We got one pretty bad review from the press, so it will be great to hear from someone who was there. Of course, we know you're probably a bit biased, but so was that newspaper writer, I think.

I was there. It was the second time I have seen them. I thought they sounded terrific. Certainly, Stevie's voice was in far better shape than when I saw them in 2003 and I was hugely impressed by Lindsey (which, to be honest, was not the case last time).

There were a few "Where's Christine?" comments from some people in my row, but otherwise the songs generally went down well. They ran rather late, so there was no Silver Springs.

Oh, that's interesting that Lindsey seemed improved since 2003. Well, glad he didn't go in the other direction.

I thought it was more "magical" than at the American shows for some reason. I don't know... The crowd response was incredible, although they did quiet down quite a bit between numbers. But there seemed to be something really genuine about their performances and interactions with each other. Rather than feeling like their "Sara" hug was staged, it looked truly heartfelt tonight for some reason. They did sound great and I was particularly impressed by Lindsey- it sounds like he went to a vocal coach during his break or something! No bum notes, no growling. And his harmonies are just incredible... And Stevie sounded about as good as she has recently and she seemed to be in a genuinely good mood. For "Landslide" she made her dedication to some guy (forgot his name) that took her to a castle where they allowed her to interact with an owl that was trained to fly to her arm. I could have sworn she was going to get teary eyed over it because she was saying how it was something she would never forget and that it was the highlight of her Euro trip. I could imagine her standing up there in that old Scottish castle and feeling like she was living the life of Rhiannon, the ruler of birds! Anyway, it totally shocked me that "Silver Springs" was dropped. Had it been included, I would have considered this as the best show I have seen so far on this tour.

Default Great Show in Glasgow....

The Glasgow show was as good as any of the shows back in the States, &, Canada,

the venue was a bit different in that it is a very wide hall, so perhaps the people on the sections A, &, R did not get the best sound, &, view, but the Band were right on their Game,

unfortunately Silver Springs was dropped,

it was on the set-list, but the crew were taking the stage set-up appart before the the hall lights came on, which caused some confusion for the crowd,

The band's security were great,

the venues security were a bit confused with the crowd being allowed up to thefront of the stage,

all in all, another great show,

oh, btw Stevie has a new pair of boots......

I am so happy to read that. I was feeling a little disheartened by the one bad review I read.

In general I couldn't believe how nice everyone was in Scotland! Maybe I'm used to the rough n tumble New Yorkers... but gosh darn! So the security at the venue was so kind... they tried to get people to their seats, but they could only be so tough... it's not in their nature to bust b@lls! But the routine seems to be to loiter around the front for a while, get in your predator stance as the crickets start, then be ready to pounce when the lights go down. Works every time!

Oh, yes, I thought those were new boots... these had some kind of gray fold-down flap at the top. A bit higher than ankle-high.

As always! I couldn't understand half of what the drunk Glaswegians in the front were saying, but I heard this guy slurring, "...yah, she's gote the beast voice I eevor hoard in me loif."
