I'm not the skilled photograper some folks are, and so my choices are limited! But this one I took after "I'm So Afraid" at the Sept. 13 Chicago show is a litle different than others and so I'm choosing it as my favorite. His body lanuage is so-happy-about-to-burst.

I swear to god, i wanna smack the next person who bitches about Stevie's shoes. The lady has been wearing extremely high heels, for 2 careers, for THIRTY YEARS!! She is 56 years old, and with a bad hip. My legs hurt when i wear the heels all day, and i'm certainly not as mobile in them. Don't you want her to be able to move around on stage? Don't you want her to have maximum leg/hip comfort and health? geez!
ok, rant over. Don't judge her shoes until you've walked a mile, for 30 years, in them!

because they are flat platforms, instead of tilted heels. makes a big diff. so, no boots, no high tops. Which shoes, then?
