Lis — So sorry to “see” you again under these circumstances, but thank you and Marty for starting this site so we have this community to come back for. I also took a hiatus and don’t come around as much as I once did, life and the latter day antics of the Mac taking their toll. But Christine was always above the greed and pettiness that has characterized a lot of the years post The Dance, and her talent was not always front and center, especially after The Dance imo, but she was the beating heart of this band.

I hope you and Marty and your families are doing well.

Hi Anusha- Hope you are well also. So sad to be here due to these circumstances but very nice to see some old familiar names still here. Marty and i are both ok. Both of us wanted to come back to the Ledge after hearing the news. This site was like our 3rd child.

Lis, my Fleetwood Mac fandom has two eras. Before The Ledge, and Since I discovered The Ledge. While I'm still sad, glad to read you and Marty are ok.

Villavic, your peruvian ledgie.

Always very proud to return to this site. We loved this band so much. Still do. Xoxo
Lis, it is so nice to hear from you (and Marty!). You certainly should be proud of this site and the community you created. Hope you are both doing well.

Any news of funeral yet? I wonder who will attend? Mick, no doubt.
For some reason I don’t think the others will make it.
Sorry to speculate. And maybe I’m just being negative. We’ll see

At YouTube I've seen some fake videos of a supposed funeral. It is despicable how they can deceive like this, as well as silly to think that a funeral can take place hours after the event. So don't fall into the trap.

Omg really? There are so many sick idiots in this world.
When it happens I have a feeling it will be quite an intimate affair.

I saw that too, it's disgusting. They even put in the title "cause of death' It's sickening.

So many spammers do this immediately when any notable person passes away. It's horrible. Avoid YouTube videos that are trying to look like news reports but aren't from a source you recognize.

I can't imagine John not going. I wonder if they will just keep it family only...we may hear about it after the fact.

Lis, I just wanted to say thank you to you and Marty for the community you created here. What an absolute joy to find this site and message board all those years ago. I've always been grateful to come here and converse with people, all bound by our love of this band.

This.

It's really true. You both created the ultimate FM fan site. Thank you.

Yes, Lis, thanks to you and Marty for creating this site. Hard to believe I joined over 20 years ago... I too immediately thought about coming back here after I heard the news about Christine to express sorrow with the old community.

I was wondering if they would do a family-only funeral in England, and then maybe some sort of memorial service or something in LA at a later date??
