Default Enchanted Eyes Of The World

Have you guys heard the jam that resulted in Eyes of the World and Enchanted. Everyone knows about the piece of music that eventually became both Wild Heart and Can't Go Back, but I haven't heard many people talk about this jam.

I got it years ago on a boot and almost forgot about it. It's not the best quality but it's a lot of fun to listen to. You can totally hear how both came out with thier own song. I never realized how similar they were before. You can hear Lindsey singing the "hey hey hey" part that eventually became the acoustic guitar part and Stevie going "Whoa whoa whoa I hope you make it" that became the ending of Enchanted.

So recently I was listening to this and wondered... what would have happened if they had put their heads together and made one song out of this instead of two? Maybe it would have become "Enchanted Eyes of the World"

Sometimes I think I have too much time on my hands.

That's pretty cool. I did this with "Juliet" and "Book of Miracles" once.

Thanks guys. It's not perfect because the unlike a lot of modern music, Mick actually played live drums on EOTW, so they didn't always sync up perfectly. I would have loved to combine the ending of it to Enchanted a little more but he actually speeds up a bit when you get to the guitar solo at the end, so it just didnt' match. I really just tried it as a lark to see what it would sound like. I'm a big fan of Mashups and thought it might be fun.

I would love to get my hands on an instrumental of Little Red Corvette and an acappella of Stand Back and put them together, since that's how the song was written. I'll bet it would sound really cool.
