I just logged on and looked and my order status says fulfilled already, and my show isn't until the end of April

It's a bit weird here in England.....apparently the Birmingham tickets are Will Call but we are being sent tickets for Manchester and Glasgow.

Sure enough, my Birmingham show says FULFILLED, but my Manchester and Glasgow status says READY and shows shipping details!

for london it says FULFILLED/WILL CALL.

What i find strange is that it says on the receipt that i have tickets but it doesnt give the date.

OK - looks like it's just Manchester and Glasgow then that are different! They charged around $60 for shipping costs!

And the receipts do not stipulate which show/date they are for.

Hi everyone,

With the first show quickly approaching, I just wanted to check in and see if anyone had recieved any info via e mail or phone about the meet and greets. I have a confirmation e mail from ground control after I initially purchased my VIP tickets and it says that my tickets will be at will call. I'm just wondering how early we need to be at the venue for everything. This is the first time I purchased tickets this way so I can't help but be a little nervous without having tickets in my hand!

I haven't heard anything either. And, I don't really care about the B.S. meet and greet. I just want my ticket to be there and tell me what time to pick it up.
It's still a bit early but I will be highly annoyed if I don't hear from them soon. It's a lot of money and I really don't trust them all that much.

I just emailed them to say "What gives?!?" considering the tour starts in a few days.

All VIP purchasers are sent an email with information regarding check-in about 48 hours before the event. Please note that VIP events GENERALLY take place about 2 hours before the show. Please contact us the day before your event if for whatever reason you do not receive your email.

Thanks for doing that, Ali! Good to know that we'll be receiving SOME information regarding everything. I'm with you, Regina. I'm a little wary of everything especially with so much money involved. I'm mostly concerned with getting my ticket in my hands. I mostly purchased for the guaranteed good seat so the meet and greet is really just an extra bonus.

I got the email for the Columbus show yesterday. It says to bring a photo ID and be at the box office at 5:30pm. The VIP Coordinator will then check you in and bring you inside the building for the meet and greet. If you do not show up at the time listed above, we cannot guarantee admission into the VIP event.
