Cringe? why? they don't. why should we? That's the way they worked together, whatever you may think about it, it worked. It resulted in a masterpiece.

Stevie was a major airhead. There is a quality to her personality that probably elicits in other people the desire to be violent.

I think they're doing great work...

It's always hard to nail down harmony parts when the song is coming into fruition... A lot of times the person singing melody changes or gets sucked in.... it's not that unusual...

So, very true - I mean people seem to think it the song emerges in the final form

Also, why wasn't CM playing that piano?

A lot of times... when trying to nail down a harmony... an artist will use a piano as a crutch... I think that's what LB was doing... (i.e. here's your note..ding ding ding) or... he was just laying down the foundation so they could sing over it...

When I sang in a jazz vocal ensemble... I used to stand near the piano when I sang the baritone part...

Thank you for posting. I haven't seen that in a long time and then again I have seen most but not all of it. Who has that entire outtake film? Anyone? I have one for the song Sara. Anyone want me to post it?

i looked at again, and at some more Tuskdocparts on youtube. It's interesting to see how stevie brings out the nitpicker in Lindsey and Lindsey brings out the freestyle-I didn't know what I just did-sloppyness in Stevie. They accepted that from eachother in these clips ,but it isn't hard to imagine how they could explode in streetfightbehaviour......

look at this one. priceless.

And - you are right about the piano and harmony/vocal parts. LB seemingly plays well judging by this sniglet.

Gerald - I agree.

And, when they were on and being FM, they really were unstoppable as seen here:

La Nicks's vocals are in the stratosphere, CM is a solid lead, and LB's guitar is sublime with Mick and John providing what they do best.

Ah - that era!

And - we see it in its infancy in relation to Tusk in these doc clips.
