Default Christmas Hauls

It's pretty obvious that we as a social society are as nosy as Hell. As such, and in keeping with this tradition, I decided we all needed to know what the others got for Christmas. Aww heck...I just want to see the great stuff that made your day. Can tell alot about a person by the things people chose to pass onto them. I may as well start

My Christmas Haul

Awesome Retro CD/Tape/Vinyl Player
Rumours Shirt
Vinyl (Waiting for Gift Of Screws to arrive in the mail)
Bee Footie Pajamas
Batch 1
Batch 2
Batch 3
Collectible Framed Posters
Penguin!
Stuffs

Do you know where Santa found you that Rumours shirt? I've always wanted one.

Haha. Mr. Kringle left a letter telling me he got it from Amazon

All that stuff looks great! I'm especially intruigued by the Fleetwood Mac - In Performance book. I've never seen that before? Can you give us some more info about it?

It's actually not a book. It's a DVD of the 1982 Mirage tour. I just opened it when I saw your message and it's about as good a quality as you're likely to get from a film dating back to '82.

Song List

* The Chain
* Gypsy
* Love In Store
* Not That Funny
* You Make Loving Fun
* I'm So Afraid
* Blue Letter
* Rhiannon
* Tusk
* Eyes Of The World
* Go Your Own Way
* Sisters Of The Moon
* Songbird

I celebrate Hanukkah, but I might as well post some of the gifts I got

-$300 (from my grandma)
-Assorted DS games (including the Goldeneye remake, which rules)
-Assorted Wii games (I just got one, including the new Guitar Hero that now has a remote that is not coming out of there anytime soon )
-Assorted CDs (no FM, AC/DC and Led Zeppelin)
-A bunch of records that haven't come yet (for those of you that know Nikole, she was gonna send me Houses of the Holy, Tusk, Wild Heart, and Master of Puppets, but there's been a holdup)
-A scarf (I think it's cashmere, it has purple and gray stripes, and it's length is longer than me )

On top of the secret santa gifts, I got fifty bucks from my aunt, boots from mi madre, lip gloss from my cousin-in-law(?), a shirt from my little sister and her mother, and gifts from my cousin and boyfriend that I haven't even seen yet.

This year, I actually care about what I got! Normally I'm only bothered about how much food I can get down my neck!

From my parents:
David Bowie Station to Station Box
Ruby & Millie Makeup brushes
Scooby Doo On Zombie Island DVD
A little makeup caddy with some new (much needed) mascara, eyeshadow and lipgloss
New Hair Straighteners (again, much needed)
A beautiful mirror that's aged metal with vintage flowers on the top and bottom
Peppa Pig biscuits in a little tin lunchbox

My grandparents gave my cousins, my sister and myself some money and a big teddy bear each. I now realise that my future Christmases won't be the same without a big teddy bear.

My Auntie and uncle got me some photo ornaments to put my own photographs in which are really really cute. I'll be making my own Fleetwood Mac snow globe tomorrow and Blondie Live By Request DVD.

I just burst out crying because I realised how much I got as WELL as having another awesome day with my family whom I love more than anything else in the world.

Aww! Honey! Those are the best Christmases, when you realise that the time spent with your family and friends has well outweighed the joy you had for your gifts.

I got a couple of DeLorean t-shirts, an ipod (my first ever), and a gift cert for clothing . This has been one of my favorite Holiday seasons ever. We went out for a short hike earlier, and are cooking Christmas dinner now .

I didn't get anything because my Mom hates me so I took my pay check and blew it all on myself

-Future Games, Bare Trees, and Kiln House vinyl
-Finally a record player to listen to my album collection
-A new speaker system
-A few Stevie posters
-A Christine poster
-Final Fantasy X poster and other what-nots
-An incredible Placebo poster that I will worship daily
-Tons of incense

All in all, I am very content

I got exactly what I wanted for Christmas. Presence! For three years running now, my family exchanged ZERO presents. And I love it. No stupid bubble bath sets for the aunts, and no cologne crap for me, that I won't wear. I got to spend the day with the 12 people I love most in the world. And that's that. All I wanted. Way too much ham, and little too much merlot. Home now, recuperating for a few minutes.....then shower, and head to a party with my friends. Life.is.grand.

Your presence, is the only present I desire(anyone tries to copyright that, it's MINE, so BTFU!).
