Just ate an actual serving of peanuts.

But I must mention I had the freshest, tastiest sushi yesterday. Maki rolls - 3 spicy shrimp, 3 crab salad (seriously) and 3 Cali roll. And edamame. My craving for The Sush (that's what I'll be calling it now - "The Sush"was almost as bad as Amber's sandwich craving. And I am so satisfied.

Whole grain English muffin - w/ reduced fat Jif on 1/2 - and Brummell & Brown spread and cinnamon (no sugar) on the other 1/2.

But speaking of sandwiches (you all had me rolling w/ that banter) - I had one of my cravings satisfied earlier this week - the chicken salad sandwich from Central Market. It's all about the bread - whole wheat with caramelized onions and walnuts baked into it. I love that bread. I should just go buy a loaf.

I made the most delicious trout last night - spread a little olive oil and roasted garlic from a jar - then I crushed up some cashews and almonds, threw those on top and baked it. It was deelish!
