But I must mention I had the freshest, tastiest sushi yesterday. Maki rolls - 3 spicy shrimp, 3 crab salad (seriously) and 3 Cali roll. And edamame. My craving for The Sush (that's what I'll be calling it now - "The Sush"was almost as bad as Amber's sandwich craving. And I am so satisfied.

Whole grain English muffin - w/ reduced fat Jif on 1/2 - and Brummell & Brown spread and cinnamon (no sugar) on the other 1/2.

But speaking of sandwiches (you all had me rolling w/ that banter) - I had one of my cravings satisfied earlier this week - the chicken salad sandwich from Central Market. It's all about the bread - whole wheat with caramelized onions and walnuts baked into it. I love that bread. I should just go buy a loaf.

I made the most delicious trout last night - spread a little olive oil and roasted garlic from a jar - then I crushed up some cashews and almonds, threw those on top and baked it. It was deelish!

You would've gotten it if, in fact, you can read, like you say.

It's alright, this was a dead thread, I revived it, but y'all can piggyback on my Sandwich now. Losers.

a personal sized pepperoni/sausage pizza that i made on a pita. yes, i'm totally cheating my diet today. that's ok.

oh, and by the way, since i've Mercifully Salvaged this thread from Near Obscurity, no one may usurp The Pita Pizza. Do you hear me? the Pita Pizza reigns supreme, so no one may sully this thread with tales of his/her miniscule meals. Do you know how many pages i had to dig back to find this thread? it was almost gone! forever! and then i saved it. or rather, the Pita Pizza did. All Hail The Pita Pizza.

I want some of Carrie's pita.

I've had a Granny Smith apple & some peanuts this morning. Boring ham & cheese sandwich for lunch soon (although Weber's just came out with this awesome honey horseradish mustard, so it won't be that boring.)

Making stir fry with chicken breast & lots of fresh veggies later.
