Default big love (acoustic) on piano

A very cool dude figured this out, and I think it's even more of an orchestra than on guitar. Cool.

Nice...after 67 views a response...Thanks BTFLCHLD. The rest is interesting but this stands out because it's such an original idea. This is the last thing one chooses to figure out on piano. And isn't it a big compliment to the composer that it works so damned orchestral, which was the initial idea of the whole reconstruction from bandtrack to solo-acoustic?

I think it is cool how he did that! One of the reasons I want buckymcnix to do beautiful child on guitar was to reconstruct but he wants to pull the keyboard out of the closet. Anyway...thanks for posting.

He seems to be getting the rhythm wrong.

On a side note, I think this song is a lot easier to do on piano than guitar. I've been playing guitar for 4 years, and still can't play Big Love on guitar without getting a major hand cramp.

I'll have to upload my piano version sometime.

Yeah, rhythm isn't quite right, but it's still OK.

It can be hard to play it on guitar without getting a cramp in my thumb I find. I'm trying to adjust my technique from moving my thumb to moving my whole hand/wrist, so my thumb won't get tired. Would love to hear your piano version as well!

Me too!!!

BTW: For me, as a hardcore nonmusician, it's not about what's more difficult, it sounds pretty impossible to me on whatever instrument. It's about the idea of translating it to piano and the almost timeless classical composition it seems in this rendition.
