Default Isn't Midnight live 1987

Isn't Midnight has to be my favorite song from the 1987 tour. I remember thinking it when I saw them live and the song came on my mix today and what a jam. I'm sure if Lindsey was on the tour it would have rocked. I love Stevie's vocals on the live track. Billy and Rick do a fantastic job with guitars and vocals, Chris is surperb!

I agree but the song actually got better for the BTM and Farewell tour. That tour Rick and Billy came out of their shell a bit more.

I love Isn't It Midnight (and hope they'll get the chance to play it with Lindsey soon) but I'm not sure I like the version that was played on the Tango tour if the tour video is anything to go by. I think it's the percussion I don't like. I dont think they really needed the additional percussion of Isaac Asante...the additional drums made it sound a bit...odd, to my ears.

John's bass on the '87 live version is phenomenal.

With Lindsey, I think they could play a stunning live versión.
