Billy on Tonight Show

He was playing with Fogerty. I generally don't like seeing somebody like Billy backing somebody else, but I actually think he's a good fit with Fogerty.

Me too, which night was this on? Saw you posted 9/2/04 but I couldn't find Fogerty in the episode listings at the Tonight Show website any dates around then and I hope to get a copy before it disappears from my InDemand options.

I wasn't sure. However, now that I have Christine's solo album, I can say that it was indeed Mr. Hawkins on bass.
