^ I would, but he's wearing a shirt in all the pics on the website - so why bother? He is shirtless a couple times during the infomercial though.

Don't buy yet - let me see if I can copy the tapes when I get them from the Ebay seller & then I'll send them to you.

SO, I decided to get down to business and run. I did about a 2 mile jog for the past 2 nights. Lemme just say I am hurtin!!!! My shins felt like they were on fire when I was running. Which really was the only pain. I wasn't really out of breath it was just the pain in my legs that made me stop and walk for a while. Kind of frustrating!

good job, jimmy! don't wear yourself out or injure yourself, though. if you do a run/walk program (there are several sites online that provide programs like that), you'll get frustrated less and decrease the chances that you'll injure yourself. here's a good one: http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

it was a ridiculously beautiful day here, so i took the dog for a long walk and flew kites with the kids next door. yes, i am 22.

Awww...that's cute. Mostly I just want to injure the kids next door

It has been amazing here as well, but I've been stuck at work - and I left my bike in the snow - so now the chain is rusted... I guess I need to get a new one because it's perfect bike-riding weather.

i'm so glad it's bike riding weather again! yayyyyyyy! i'm going to get a new helmet with a ponytail thing. i hate exercising with my hair down, and i have to with my current, stupid helmet.
