I don't agree at all. But I admire your commitment. Your distaste for Feel About You almost matches my absolute and total aversion of Silver Girl and Goodbye Baby.

No, I have, many times. I have the deluxe version, too.

My cousin's roommate had bought it, expecting it to sound like FM....

She absolutely HATED it(Come was specifically mentioned by name to me, being hated), that the whole thing just didn't sound like FM, and gave it to me, a couple of days after purchase.

I must have strange taste, because I LOVE WTWCT, Miranda, SYW(the song), and Peacekeeper. But most of the rest of it, meh, it's boring.

And HOW in TF is Come on a FM album? And I don't mean the (supposed) reference by title. I mean...that it's NOT a song FM should have ever put out. Bunch of geezers with a heavy sexual referenced song. It's creepy, with Lindsey screaming. I hate it, too.

It's like they'd lost their balance, with they released SYW.

It is really a shame that Fleetwood Mac did not allow Christine to participate fully in the recording of SYW .If the worst of Stevie's and Lindsey's songs on there were bumped in favor of her best songs from In the Meantime it could have been one last very good Fleetwood Mac album. Judging by what we heard so far with or without Stevie's participation it seems that ship has already sailed.

Ha I remember watching destiny rules doc and thinking exactly THAT - how fantastic that is that the song like Come is now FM?!?!? It sounded so much heavier and rockier... which I think was what Lindsey wanted from that album - moving forward, kinda like he did with Tusk. SYW was his second try at moving fm sound in different and new for them territory. Looking at this board, like tusk, it met a lot of disapproval and resistance because that was not what people expected from FM. Of course now they are back to breezy pop and that is getting resistance too it seems. Since light breezy pop was never really my thing I'm not the best person to judge these new songs. I'm just glad to hear new music from them. But I'm also glad that's not the type of music Lindsey is putting out on his solo albums since I do expect there a more left side of the palette - as advertised.

I still love what David Wild said in one of the "Behind The Music Revisited" episodes....paraphrasing here "Everyone associates Fleetwood Mac with easy listening, but really what they do best is uneasy listening"

Or as Lindsey said to me (re: SYW): "There's some ballsy stuff on that album!"

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

I'm thinking I'm going to like the whole album as a whole better then the individual songs. For example I now LOVE You and I part 2 when it is paired with part 1 so much more then when it was on it's own. Part 1 has always been a favorite of mine but now I love them both together.

Just curious is this album going to have an explicit content warning label like In the Meantime did for the lyrics "your're honey in my tea your jelly taste the sweetest to me"

Yeah got to hand it to her for slipping in such a line as "your jelly taste the sweetest to me"in such an apparently innocuous throwaway pop ditty and at her age!

On the news last night(seriously):

The highest rate of STD in the U.S. now, is among senior citizens. They even said, "thanks, Viagra".
