I'd much prefer to kick back and listen to the 1980 Live album than The Dance.

Please have mercy, I'd have to screen that myself!

Certain members have theirs all the time around here.. too soon??

Same here. I haven't listened to The Dance in many years, but the Live 1980 album has always been in regular rotation.

Oh yes without a doubt. That was REAL live music arena rock style. With the technology today its studio sound with backup singers and extra percussionists. Its apple and oranges. So glad they did the Live album. NO ONE wanted to do it including the record label. It was Mick alone who pushed it to happen. It was not very successful and many told Mick "I told you so." But thankfully we have these incredible live songs. I just wish the Chain was included with Sisters. I would gladly axe all the "new" songs for those 2. It would be the perfect live album with those 2 additions.

Can't wholly agree with you there since The Dance got me into the band, however, the Live album version of Sara is bliss.

Olive
I knew that about live albums. But you cannot compare the 1980 live album compared to the 1997 one. The 1980 album is much more raw. No comparison.

So after I vomited from reading their comments.. (not here) btw.. I said, "Thank God the Stevie pretension factor won't be involved with this project!"

And if you can't post an unpopular opinion in the "unpopular opinion thread" then my hands are tied... or my fingers.

PS: I watched the Christine DVD.. My neighbors must think.. what is that music. lol... was blasting it on Friday evening.. Great show..
She really should just leave the band. She's over it, except for milking the golden oldies teat.

I'm glad you liked it. I'll get around to sending you White Winged Dove tour, sometime in the near future. The only thing I hate about it is that her bass player, Bob Glaub, is having some sort of epileptic seizure during the entire concert. Annoying AF!

But the tusk doc outtakes are one of my favorite things i own. I never tire of watching it!

Well, that because they have Steviemyopia. I can't wait to hear the new album, and I'm so glad she's not on it!!!!
I had a look over on Fleetwood Mac News, and the comments on the Buckingham McVie album are similar to those here. Where are the comments saying that they should have waited for Stevie?
