Assuming that Stevie isn't planning to drop a digital-only album (unlikely, in my opinion), I realistically don't think we're going to see anything before the end of the year.
Dave's last few records and notice I said "Records" have been recorded in the same way as what Stevie just did...If Stevie follows Dave's lead and puts this latest solo record out on vinyl as well it will slow the process down quite a bit...I will gladly wait for new Stevie vinyl...

Agreed entirely! I still hold out an unrealistic hope that IYD will be released on vinyl one day.

Heck, she toured 2 consecutive years behind In Your Dreams... and then did the film festival circuit the 3rd year to promote it's documentary. Stevie is very much a capitalist when it comes to selling her albums... as she famously said, "This is not about art.
Stevie only did a tiny handful of shows to support Bella Donna. She did not commence the RAL tour until over 6 months after that album's release. This time I think this album may actually be more about art than commerce .IYD was likely the final wake up call that she is not going to have gold or platinum albums anymore.

Fleetwood Mac is doing 39 U.S. shows (so far ) this fall...They will probably hit Australia/NZ in February (12 to 15 shows )and UK in March/April ( 20 to 25 shows ) which makes approximately 70 to 80 "Reunion" shows...After that Stevie will do her solo thing and we wont see Fleetwood Mac return for at least a year or two...

Here's LB's audio Lindsey Says ....... So it looks like some "Ledgies" went off the deep end for no reason...

So right now it looks like FM are gearing up for a 2016 or 2017 album and tour...

I think most assumed Stevie would join eventually. But it was a question of when. Lindsey now says (with kind of a skeptical tone in his voice) it'll be after the tour which is new information. And it may be a recent conversation where they finalized her involvement in the project. They certainly didn't act as though this was all set in previous interviews. So I don't think it was for no reason. I think we all were hopeful they'd figure something out while also being frustrated about it.

The band did not go into the studio in 2014 with the intention of putting out an album in 2016. If that's the tentative time frame now, at least they have one. But that clearly wasn't the plan all along.

so let's see….. 2017, 3 years from now half the band will be comfortably over 70 and the other half pushing 70.

Do these people think they are vampires and will live (and be healthy and road-worthy) forever?!?

While it's likely that the two incidents are codependent, I'm happy that we're at least (hopefully) getting a Stevie album and a Fleetwood Mac album. Though the delay of one must surely be the result of the other. Hmm.

Right. Let's be very generous: they have 10 more years tops.

I laughed when Christine said she's here in perpetuity, for as long as she's around. In other words, "I'll be an FM member until I die."

Good to know, lady. Michele

actually, I should have said half in their 70s and the others staring 70 right in the face. Stevie will be 69 and Lindsey 68. Yikes.
