They were sat right in front of Stevie. No one was in front of them for the first half of the show. I got kicked a couple of times when I moved slightly in front of them. But towards the end of the show tons of people piled forward so there was nothing they could do

Only if Christine McVie writes to me personally and swears on her recipe book that she'll play with them.

What I meant w/ the pre-sale comment was that yes, you'd have better luck waiting for the general public sale or for the ticket drops. But things across the pond may work differently than here ?? I would suggest waiting 'til the last minute...that is, if you can!

In my experience it works exactly the same over here

Did they do any shows that had standing or do they always do fully seated shows? I've never been seated at any show in the UK other than Eric Clapton when my parents got the tickets and didn't want to stand. Seated shows are just not as energetic in terms of the crowd, I've found.

Always seated. But it was made clear we could stand right from the start. They shouldn't have bothered with the floor seats!

That's fair enough then. Maybe the cheapest seated tickets make them more money than standing tickets? How far forward do you generally have to be to be standing or is it just everyone on the ground?

I think the whole floor was standing. You would have no choice if everone in front of you is on their feet

I think you should ask John Barrowman to escort you to the concert!

Lately, I've noticed several arena acts selling GA seats for the floor and seated everywhere else (Springsteen, NIN/Jane's Addiction). I think that's a great idea. I'd take a standing GA ticket over a seated one any day. Unless it's a small, intimate venue where it really would be inappropriate to stand.

Yeah, seriously! In 2003, I was at the doors 10 minutes before opening and stood front row. It was all about fast running (unlike Genesis 2007 where we waited 8 hours in the rain)!
I just hope that they do not get the glorious idea to seat people in the arena they're playing.

I am so excited about the UK shows!!! What are the chances they will add more London shows? If I go, it will be in London so I'm really interested to see if there will be any other dates.

Also...not that its a big deal...but does anyone know if they will allow people to take pictures at the UK shows??? I flew over twice last year to see French and Saunders (comediennes) and you absolutely CANNOT take pics at theater shows. They will seriously yell at you. Two other comedians walked in BEFORE the show had even started and we all took pics and they yelled at us. It had something with copyrights or whatever...couldn't even take pics of just the inside of the theater. Is it the same for concerts? I don't think it could be...I'm thinking that the venue would be entirely too large to control something like that. I'm just wondering if I'll actually be able to attend some sort of show and walk out with a few pics to remember the night by
