Well the good doctor here is on a tight work schedule that usually limits him to lurker status on the message boards he belongs to.

As to that headache, maybe it's that beverage you bought from the tall gentleman at Costco. You might try upgrading to Two-Buck Chucks next time.

what kind of dr are you? And we don't have a costco here so incorrect dx! I believe i'm clenching my teeth at night and that is in direct response to all the grief i receive on this board
