How far will these Deluxe editions go?

As for more deluxe editions go, I thought they were eventually doing them all? I was hoping after the remaster of Then Play On then Kiln House, etc would follow, so hopefully after TITN, we might see those.

include a disc of a live show (wouldn't it be great to hear pristine live versions of "Why", "Hypnotized", "Station Man", etc with those perfect three part harmonies?)

The official King Biscuit broadcast CD isn't too shabby - the same show taken from the original broadcast reel-to-reel tape is even better.

Well that's good news! But I wonder why they haven't released it already if it was mixed in 5.1 such a long time ago. And why only release Monday Morning? And where is it available?
