Yeah, there's no way the band would have any control over that. Any delays now would come from either management or Atlantic....or Lindsey himself.

The fact that he is no longer with Fleetwood Mac will inevitably hurt his marketability, sadly. They can still say "formerly of Fleetwood Mac" of course, but it won't have quite the same selling power.

I honestly don't think they would either. There is no upside at all for them in that instance. Part of me wonders if at this point--he would rather have them kick off the tour, answer the litany of questions first, and he could own the narrative from that point on, and then release his album/kick off his tour.
