How funny, I was just thinking about starting a similar thread

. I believe:

I would Die 4 U by Prince to be about Stevie.
Stevie Baby by Dave Stewart
Don't Come Around Here No More by Tom Petty is inspired by a Stevie incident.
It's Only Love by Sheryl Crow
Malibu by Hole/Courtney Love

There are more I'm forgetting. And I'm sure plenty we don't even know about.

I'm fairly sure Life In The Fast Lane by the Eagles is about Stevie and Lindsey. Even if they deny it. The lyrics fit.

I don't know: "He had a nasty reputation as a cruel dude/ said he was ruthless, said he was crude." And "she held him up and he held her for ransom"... etc. Those lyrics just don't seem to fit Lindsey at all

But then again, I don't know him, do I ?

I don't think the ransom bit is meant to be literal at all.

But, as for the other parts... well, if you take into account the allegations of how Lindsey has supposedly treated some of the women he has been with in the past, then it makes sense.

I love the guy and mean no harm, that's just always where I've drawn the connection from.

Def I Would Die 4 U. I think his song Darling Nikki is about her too. Also, I have ALWAYS thought Purple Rain is about her too. He apparently gave her the track for her to write the words, but she couldn't and then he comes up with lyrics like this:
