I'm looking for new music from these five people. It doesn't matter what slant they take; there's a natural chemistry between them, so even a potential middle-of-the road effort will be exciting. However, I honestly think the Buckingham-McVie material will be exciting. We'll see. Maybe....

I heard Stevie say once that she actually got jealous of Lindsey working with Christine when they sung World Turning on the White Album.

Very true. For a long time back in the good ole 1970's, I could never tell which one of the two was singing the first verse in Don't Stop.

I've been reading the comments on SYW.I personally enjoyed that album. It did great on the radio and they played the living crap out of it.
Also I agree with the Buckingham/McVie combo. They sound great.

Perhaps the recent passing of some of their contemporaries (if you can call them that) such Lemmy (70) and David Bowie (69) will serve as a catalyst for them to put their foot down a bit more.
(a metaphorical foot down on the accelerator as opposed to putting a foot down with SN- though that could work too). |

So, now Glenn dies in their sister band; he was only 67.
Yeah, we should have had that album last year. Time waits for no one. Michele |

I can't believe the Eagles can't tour with their founding member ever again. Needless to say, I am thankful we got to see the 5 Macsters onstage when we did. And they all looked good, even John.

I'm sure this is the end of The Eagles. Even though Don garnered a lot of the attention, it was Glenn's band. He was the band leader. The "lone arranger". I seriously can't imagine them going on without him.

It is the end...
just like there will be no Motörhead without Lemmy...anything otherwise would be a travesty.
