BUT that's not all. In our Paris Social Club set we thought it would be some fun to combine Fleetwood Mac's 'Dreams' with our remix. What do you get when you combine our Lowbrows remix with this: ...

The track was built on the site of an amphitheater originally built by Stevie Nicks' father, near the motocross course. “It was kind of a catch-all area, and we were pleasantly surprised when we got in there and cleaned it all up how ...

For example, let’s listen as Stevie Nicks butchers “Silent Night.”

She sounds like a walrus caught in a bagpipe. And outside of The Exorcist, I’ve never seen such a sinister cross. Glenn has a point, it certainly looks like Stevie Nicks wants to take away our Christmas. Just look at that video – if the Mother of God had seen Stevie in that getup, she would have gone into early labor, and we’d be celebrating Christmas and Thanksgiving on the same day. Deck the Halls With Bags of Stuffing? At the very least, Mary would have bolted with Baby Jesus to someplace safer, like Egypt.

Other Christmas songs are disconcerting. While in gift giving it is the thought that counts, let’s consider the theory behind ”The Little Drummer Boy.” A little boy has no cash at Christmas so he offers to play for Baby Jesus:

“I have no gifts for you…I’ll play my drum for you…pah rumm pah pum pum.“

When my son was first born, if a boy with a drum positioned himself next to my sleeping baby, I would have wrapped the drumsticks around the neck of the moron (obviously a guy soused on egg nog) who put the kid up to it.

“Mary nodded…and smiled at me“? Who wrote that? A man with no kids, that’s who.

Katy Perry Reworks Firework | PerezHilton.com
By Perez Hilton
Re: adg100 – Um, yeah, THAT's her voice. And while it's better than your average person's voice, it sucks compared to uh…talented, famous singers. And how DARE you compare her to Stevie Nicks? Nicks would never screech out that mess. ...

As a kid my grandfather's business partner was Gean Nicks, Stevie's uncle. When we would go over to his home, Stevie was always there, sitting on the floor playing guitar like the little flower child that she was, singin' away. The image of her playing and singing on the floor will remain with me forever, because she was very pretty and her voice was like gold. Even if I couldn't understand her.

FYI: The stories that Stevie, was a poor suffering artist, living the hippy street life, are mostly untrue. Her uncle was rather wealthy, and she always had a home at his place.

It's the Most Rant-Filled Time of the Year - It's Your Money ...

I'm fine with the lovely old classics, but Stevie Nicks' version of "Silent Night" sounds like a walrus caught in a bagpipe. And what is up with George Michaels' "Last Christmas I Gave You My Heart"? And why do radio stations play it ...

Hipstercrite: In Times of Creative Block, Act Like Your Idols
By Hipstercrite
Back home is an entire shelf devoted to VHS tapes of me as Rod Serling, Stevie Nicks, Annie Lennox, and various members of The Kids in the Hall. Donning gigantic Jewish eyebrows made me feel as though I'd gain a fraction of Serling's ...

Twirling around in the backyard with a half moon tambourine I forced my mother to buy me made me feel as though I was a little closer to staring into Lindsey Buckingham's deep blue eyes. Little has changed since those days.

‘Illume (9/11)’ ~ Fleetwood Mac {Stevie Nicks}
Stevie flew into New York for her 2001 concert tour in the early hours of September 11th, and awoke to the devastation. This is the poem she wrote at the time, which she turned into a song for the 2003 Fleetwood Mac album.

Unfortunately, it is not on Youtube ~ I have tried uploading it several times: the first couple it was totally removed, and then it had the sound blocked. Typical…
** just tried again, and WMG blocked it worldwide!
