I shall be back in an hour, Jake Weber's on TV.
I'll end up getting them both. God, I need to get paid.

I just love it. I suppose it's a little cheesy. As a lyricist, she really can't compare to the backstreet boys...
that's one of my favorite parts, Ava Maria. But, mainly i love the way she is singing, and the fast, thumpy beat.
Now i know what to play when you move in downstairs...

They play a Heart of Glass/Good Boys mix at the bar. The DJ likes Blondie and mixes their songs together a lot. I admit that it's good stuff.

I hoped you saved the case. Those things break easily. I'm always needing another one.

I like it, but I'm a Blondie fan.

The "Ave Maria" part is supposed to symbolize how god-like the male character thinks Maria is. I don't know where the hell "Regina" comes from, though.

That's what the song is about, dear, lusting after Catholic school girls.

Destri wrote Maria, not Debs. And I think Maria is perfect. Witty lyrics, great beat, and killer vocals. And the drumming from Clem is superb, especially when she repeats the chorus at the end.

Not to mention Union City Blue ("Climb up four fliiiiiiiights"), X Offender, Hanging On the Telephone, Dreaming (possibly the best pop song ever recorded), The Hardest Part, In the Flesh, etc.
