Costa Rican Ambassador to USA

The Costa Rican Ambassador to the USA Thomas Duance (i think thats the spelling) spoke at my college today...interesting speech...he was there basically speakign and trying to promote CAFTA...I dunno if many are you are familiar with this, I'm sure you are...of course his perception of it is MUCH different than politicians I hear talking about it...seems like CAFTA is a Bush supported thing, and that can never be good...lol

Just wondering your thoughts on it
