Thank you for posting!

Where the covers collection on their website? When was it released?

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Oh man, that album was my jam last summer. The Mother and Child Reunion cover is also worthy, but Dreams is the best of course.

Default Robin Pecknold (FLEET FOXES) covers DREAMS

Robin Pecknold (lead singer of Fleet Foxes) covered Dreams the other night at a benefit.

Here's an mp3 from stereogum.com:

it's a good version and I've always thought Fleet Foxes have a lot in common with FM - going back as far as the Danny Kirwan days.

It's starts in an interesting way, but then falls apart a bit. The thing with "Dreams" is that it alters in subtle ways throughout the track without you realising. Cover artists dont get that.

i don't think it was a rehearsed thing - just having fun with old music.
FF don't really take themselves too seriously (aside from their harmony singing).
they also did Albatross in the same set

Sounds like ther start of their own White Winter Hymnal. It would have been cool to hear a few lines from it at the end, but its still an excellent cover.
