Default New advice for Wacko Jacko

I guess his lawyers are finally stepping up to the plate regarding his antics. I saw that Geragos told Jacko to "grow up" - and not to be dancing on the top of SUVs or holding icecream parties back at the 'ol ranch.

Oh, and there is supposed to be LESS Jermaine now. I will believe that when it happens . . .

If I never see Jermaine again, I'll die happy. He's such an ass.

Geragos needs to distance himself from Jacko. I've heard that the prelim hearing won't happen until at least early summer because Geragos said he's too busy with the Peterson case. Sneddon said that the Jacjo trial won't happen for at least six months.

I like Mark Geragos and I was distressed to see him mixed up in the Jackson case.

Everyone deserves the best representation they can get. But, I think when the representation starts deceiving people, it just all goes South. Of course, it is difficult to opine when not in the same position. I mean who wouldn't want their representatives to do every legal means possible to get them aquitted.

I don't like Geragos one bit. He's a lousy lawyer who likes to lie (i.e. Winona Ryder), which undermines his cases. Personally, I think Winona's trial should've been declared a mis-trial because her lawyer didn't represent her to the best of his ability.

They had her on videotape. What was he supposed to do?

Not say "Well..um...she has the receipts AND the prescriptions."

Plead it out or make her plead guilty On the other hand, "she was just rehearsing for a role" Even I am not that gullible (sp.?)

Well, if it was true, she didn't get the role because I haven't seen her starring as a klepto recently.

I bet it would be a big hit if she did.

I agree. When I watched some of the trial, I could not believe that Geragos was actually taking this case the whole way. He looked like a fool, but certainly got his media attention

Of course she was going to be found guilty! I don't care how you spin it, you cannot explain cutting off the security tags.

In fact, Geragos probably thinks that if he made it though the Winnona debacle, he can handle this. However, I don't think anyone can "handle" Jackson. He is in his own reality.
