Didn't want any photographic record of it, eh?

Now we'll all have to talk you into letting it grow again, so we can see what it looked like.

I can't be bothered otherwise.
for me...Just run the brush to it and tie it up in a rubberband thing so I can see where the hell I'm goin' (Btw, We gotta have Pantene in this household!)

My hair's length is nuthin' compared to Deb's before the cancer, Her hair had over 10+ years of length, And even when she had cut 1 foot off a few years back (She donated it to a cancer charity...Long before she ever became ill, Maybe a bit of good karma came from that) it was still hella long.

I finally gotten used to her short haired (She was a rarity in that neither the Chemo/Radiation caused her hair to fall out...She left that to a beauty school student who gave her a 'chili bowl' ) but thankfully it is starting to grow back thicker than before.

Well, when we finally meet, bring 'em with and I'll scan them for ya!

(In other words, you're not going to get out of showing us your feathered hair that easily. )

That is SO cool she did that, Brian!

I tried to do the same thing, but when I cut it all off, my hair wasn't long enough for them to accept.
It had been PLENTY long enough before that, but I had had a few inches taken off of it about a month before I decided to "take the plunge" and get the rest cut off.
Had I known they could only accept hair of a certain length, I never would have touched it until I was ready to cut it all off. I felt horrible.

I found out about it not through Melanie but Deana Carter's cover of it on her 1998 album Everything's Gonna Be Alright. I remember my Mom being in shock that someone remembered it well enough to want to cover it.
