Likewise. The woman has finally stopped shouting at us and is singing again.

Well I'm very happy with the surprises - The cover of Rolling Stone, fantastic article to go with it and this acoustic Gypsy. Go Stevie!! It's understandable if the men of the mac are feeling a little envious, but this is great promotion for both FM and Stevie.

Very natural and effortless singing. One of my favorites of her more recent performances. I like to see her give us "her" now not trying to imitate her singing from yesteryear.

The fact that she's a legacy artist and got on the cover at all is HUGE. I seriously doubt this has a thing at all to do with trying to assert anything over McVie. Come on. |

Stevie's popularity has certainly boosted the ratings here. And it's still high. |

I think this performance of "Gypsy" was really something exquisite!!! I agree with whoever said she should perform it like this from now on. The full band version with Fleetwood Mac (an example being the last Today show performance) has just lost all of its magic these days. With this intimate, stripped down version, quiet and reimagined vocals ~ the magic is back!!!

That is a great cover. Reminds me of the Stepford Wives with a twist.

[QUOTE=tabruns;1158098 Do you think Nicks can just pick and choose and inform RS when they will feature her?
.[/QUOTE] no that is what her publicist is paid to do |

Yes, lovely, understated performance. She looks amazing, too. Great cover shot. Go Stevie!

Rolling Stone has 4,180,000 (that's 4.18 million) followers on twitter...If this isn't great promotion I don't know what is. |

Love it. And Lindsey should love it too, because it clearly shows just how much work he puts into the arrangements of her songs to make them radio friendly.... She only gives him the bare bones to start with.

This Gypsy performance is really lovely and I think it is the perfect complement to the article content. There is a real sorrow as she sings "I still see your bright eyes..." that got me choked up a bit. The first time I ever saw Stevie up close in person was just before she left Kim Anderson. Watching her sing this in such an intimate setting reminded me of how sad she looked that day.
