they said in several interviews that Lindsey is planning solo release this winter, which probably means he'd like to tour it in the early spring (i hope!!) and be done by FM rehersals. they are probably trying to fit any UK tour or other BuckVie tour dates before he needs to finiish any work on his album release.

She's so lovely. It was a good performance on the One Show - a bit wobbly on the high notes, but so wonderful to see her out on her own. She really deserves this attention.

It looks like the album is doing very well over here - it's getting loads of airplay.

It would be great if, on the next FM tour, she could play Game of Pretend and Stevie could play Lady.
I agree, that's a great idea. Both gorgeous songs.

Early Spring is not February. With FM rehearsals starting in March we will be lucky to get any type of tour outta Lindsey.

Conveniently for Christine, both Ken Bruce's radio show and the One Show are recorded at Broadcasting House in London, which is just a short drive from Christine's flat near Park Lane (a very nice part of town...)

hope that's end of March. that would give him Feb-Mar which is how long his GOS tour was before FM went into rehearsals for Unleashed.

i do agree we'll be lucky but i have high hopes!

Just catching up with the various interviews.

Loved the performance on R2, bit of uncertain piano at times but she's so good for 74!

Great interview on The One Show, very at ease, most of the usual stuff we've heard. She was in between items on mobile roaming charges

She is struggling on the high notes in Songbird now.

I feel so sorry for her, she's getting some hate on Twitter for the performance on the one show. Totally uncalled for.

Songbird's been a tough one for a few years now, even on the last FM tour it wasn't performed every night. There's only so low you can drop the key. I thought the One Show version was better than Radio 2. I thought it wasn't too bad at all. On a positive note, the album's jumped up to #2 on Amazon and #5 on ITunes within the past few hours So today's promo definitely did some good!

Let's not pretend it was her best but it wasn't bad.

Doing my FM duty and trying to rebuff as many of them as possible
