Best of Disc comments....
Just got the new discs... (for $15 bucks...couldn't pass it up!)
Love the remastered sound on some of the tunes...especially the mirage stuff like Hold Me that didn't get a treatment on "The Chain". Kind of ticked that the only live stuff was from The Dance. Where's the live "Rosebud" Rhiannon or "Going Home" I'm So Afraid? And speaking of Afraid....what the hell is up with editing out some of the guitar solo??!!?? Stupid, stupid...I can only imagine the genius behind that decision: "Hey, here's an idea...let's take Lindsey's main guitar solo tune and put a live version on the new Best of discs! But we won't use the best version and we will edit out some of the solo!!!" Love the "Sisters" remix as well as the single mix of "Rhiannon" (more guitars!! woo-hoo!) Overall it's good stuff....of course everyone has their own Best Of and I am no different. I would have made some changes, but hey...for 15 bucks I can't complain. Here's counting the days to the new one....... Take it easy. P.S. Wow, it's been awhile since I've been around here.....

I can't really...
listen to the edited "I'm So Afraid" on VBOFM because it just sounds damn weird being torn apart like it was during the solo...Otherwise I think the album is good and could've been just a bit better. But at least it does have more to offer than the "Greatest Hits" release from 1988...Brian J.

Damn...
Wow, some people have over 1000 posts...I couldn't even imagine having the time for that. I feel I have posted alot with 40+!!!
Anywho...I like the videos in the vault, but I've seen them all. They are also too small and you can't save them!! THe "making of" is cool. I can't wait for this albulm...reminds me of a mature Buckingham Nicks albulm with an awesome rhythym section.... Peace out.

I like it!
I've already made my comments about it somewhere on The Ledge. I don't have a big Fleetwood Mac collection, so I really like it. There are actually some songs on it that I've never heard before, so for me, it's like getting new music.
Anyway, how do you get into the vault? I e-mailed my e-mailed address, but I never received a code to get in. What's up with that? I'd love to see the videos. I know I've probably never seen them. Lee

As Christy said in better words, (!), the ISA edit totally sucks!!
But other than that it's a good tracklist, and the sneak preview of the documentary was really cool. They were very careful not to reveal anything "important" about the new album during it though....! (The Vaults are a waste of time, 99% of all Ledgies have those "rare videos" in our collections.)
