I don't think it's fair to villainise Christine for merely wishing to retain her privacy. If she's as independent as she feels, and clearly others do too, then I doubt she had much to do with the fences being erected. As what usually happens in these kind of situations, people jump on the most notable name linked to the cause they are against and use any means to attack them. I wish they would get the message that she just wants to be left alone. I could get on a bus tomorrow and go hound the woman at her home as a squeeling fan. But I would never dream of such a thing because I respect her wishes.

Edit: She's still gorgeous though xD

Think that's bad? In one of her music videos for In The Meantime (I can't remember which song) she was riding what looked to be a mobility scooter. That really upset me

I thought she looked great on that bicycle. In fact, it made me think quite the opposite of old.

Yeah, that story's old news here....I too, was shocked by her appearance. I don't want her to get old, and I don't want to get old, either!!!!

She is 67 though, so it's not like she looks 80. Plus, she probably hasn't had any work done... cosmetically. Seems most celebrities go that route.

This was on the Christine forum when the article was published in January.

Christine doesn't look old, she looks like someone who's got the wind in their face whilst walking the dog. I will stand by that until the day I die. If y'all go walking your dogs wearing full makeup and pristine hair everyday, I think you need a reality check

She's 67 and she's retired, she doesn't need scrutinizing because she's not in the public eye any more. She's happy and she's relaxed, if she doesn't feel the need to get nipped and tucked then damn, I don't blame her.

Thankyou for posting the colour ones again, Louie, I think they do her much more justice
