Mick Is one of my favorite drummers in music. I remember watching him for the first time On the dance and thinking.....Hell yea. As others have said both he and John are magic. I also love the faces he pulls at the kit Anyway I'm proud to share his name

Mick

Since I knew in 2009 that I was gonna be seeing two Unleashed shows I dedicated my viewing time to Mick and Lindsey at one of 'em. I was on the floor right in front of Lindsey and it was always a dream of mine to feel the power of Mick's drumming up close. So yeah, it was cool and fun watching his expressive eyes and allowing myself to feel the shaking of the cage and the awesomeness of Lindsey's guitar playing.

So I needed to collect some lighting money, today, from a show I did, last Friday night. The guitar player in the band, is an outstanding engineer. Well, I stop by his studio, and take the tour. He's showing me all of the gear, and the processes he goes through, getting songs from rough demo's, into really polished demo's, from which the musicians will learn their parts, for the real recordings....
Well, he told me that drums he uses, on all of his demo's, are from Mick's drumming CD(or is it DVD, and it's called Two Sticks and a Drum, correct?). Anyway, I just thought it was really cool, that Mick's drums are on almost every demo he makes. Just thought I'd share.
