Besides his real estate deals, it was the worst decision he's made in regards to Fleetwood Mac. They immediately went from a band that was basically starting over, to an overpriced nostalgia act.

As I said in 1997, Fleetwood Mac is dead...long live Fleetwood Mac.

I disagree with you guys. I said before that I'm a Rumours era purist. Although, I sometimes listen to their pre Buckingham/Nicks stuff, but nothing post Tango.

They shouldn't be on the cover yet, but hopefully they will have a reason to be soon. And Rolling Stone has always been political.

I don't think they had anything left in them trying to keep moving forward after Time. They were already a nostalgia act in 1995 except not a good one because they didn't have any of the original singers of the songs they were playing.

Now they're the greatest Fleetwood Mac tribute band ever

Fleetwood Mac is those five people, John, Mick, Christine, Stevie, and Lindsey are the original lineup, not technically, but they are the classic lineup.

I have no interest in anything after Tango in the Night, except for The Dance.

Hmm...you miss so much, the brilliance of Vito and Burnette, the developing voice of Ms Bramlett and the great Lindsey tracks on Say You Will. The Dance is an over-rated piece of trash though

[There's no bridges burning, it's just a soul crying. With this tour money, Lindsey will finally be able to get the help he needs]

Yeah, I was paraphrasing a Stevie Nicks lyric about fire burning. The soul crying is from her.
