Congratulations! You'll have to keep us posted on the progress!

I agree with MLD as well about the look, but I think it adds too much versatility to not get it. Plus for me it just depends on what you want to do with it. I wasn't really looking to find Lindsey tones per-se, I just always thought the guitar sounded unique and wanted to play around with what it could produce. The piezo gives a lot of that.

In hindsight, I also wish that I would have spent a couple hundred extra on the Roland synth integration since I do a lot with layering synths and triggering sounds live. Might ping Rick to see if he can add it in...

I don't know if any of you are in the UK, but a great high-end guitar store in London currently has a big sale on electric guitars; up to 30% off, and including 3 very lovely new Model 1s: a Model 1 BP Deluxe Maple Top, a Model 1 C Electric Guitar, Special Edition Trans Black and a Model 1 Special C Electric Guitar Burgundy Satin Stain. All very pretty, and with up to £1700 off:

I've been to their showroom and played a Model 1-C LB. Sounded amazing, even though I am a dreadful guitarist... Anyway, might be worth a look if you're in the market for one.

That's who I ordered my guitar through. I almost went for the trans black one but because I wanted a piezo I decided not to. Have to say, if I was starting to look just now I'd probably go for it for that price!
