7" single question

Hey guys-
I was going through my record collection today and I found a Fleetwood Mac 7" single that I was wondering about. The vinyl itself has a picture of a penguin on it. On one side it says Fleetwood Mac, and on the other it has the track listing. The item code says "UK Cat No Fleet 1P".
One side has "The Chain" (theme from BBC TV's Grand Prix), and the other has "Oh Diane" and "Rhiannon."
Could someone tell me what this is? Is it just a UK import single?

Yes, it´s a UK picture disc, released in late 1982 or early 1983 I believe. It was also available as a regular picture sleeve (same image) with Oh Diane as the A-side and Only Over You as the B-side (catalog nr. FLEET1). To my knowledge Oh Diane was one of or if not the biggest hit the Mac Rumours line up ever had in the UK reaching number 9 I think!
