I have never posted before but thought I would respond to this thread....I used a ticket broker to get Bruce Springsteen tickets last summer. There I was waiting at the pick up window at MSG for a good 2 hours.....until security made us leave the lobby. The broker had screwed me, she probably found someone who was willing to pay more for the tickets. There were a bunch of us who had been screwed by various brokers, and the Garden staff told us never to use brokers. It was my first and last experience using such a service. I was lucky enough to get me money back, but I didn't know that until the next day, so the rest of the night was ruined. As difficult at Ticketmaster is to use at times, I have always gotten good seats, and the peace of mind you have going to a concert with your tickets actually in your hand is worth the hassle.

the important thing to remember about a ticket broker is to read their disclaimer, but do have a money back guarantee if the show is canceled..
