IT'S EVERYWHERE. SO MUCH OF IT. Make it go away. I'm sick of nearly falling over whenever I go out, and getting wet feet.

Where abouts do you live in the UK?

Haha! I love it. Even the falling over part because at least if you do it with enough hilarity you have a story to tell at the end of it

I live in good ol' Yorkshire amongst the Sheep and Teabags XD

I need some MAJOR music help.
I'm currently doing piano - and even though I've been doing it for a year and a half now, my teacher is still making me do the same old nursery rhymes on the piano. I ask him if he can give me some rock, but he says I need to practice more... how can I practice if he does not give me anything interesting to play.
I am not learning piano to play inside a hall, wearing a suit and playing a grand. I am trying to tell him that I am playing to rock out a 70's wooden panel Hammond.

Anyone have any tips?

Yesss make it go away The walk home that normally takes me ten minutes took me half an hour yesterday. My school closed like an hour early... without letting the bus companies know...

Meowi you either need to get a different teacher or let him know that you're sick of nursery rhymes, because of a horrible teacher who wouldn't let me do what I want I stopped playing guitar for six months about three years back. No matter what he says at the end of the day there's no point in playing if you don't enjoy it.

I imagine most people on here are american but now your posts are going to stand out so much. They're reading in a yorkshire accent in my head and everything sounds funny now.

How much snow did you Brits get?

Here in NY, it looks like it's gonna snow any day now, with the sky as nasty-looking as it is. But please God no snow. I don't wanna drive in it.

Aww, thanks for the compliment! And, Doll Parts is totally an amazing song.

I haven't even gone out in the snow today. All my shoes have holes in them, and I can't find size 13-15 boots anywhere.
