It's totally true, I have gained weight. It just seemed odd that he said it, as casually as one might have said "I like your tie" or "Happy New Year." It's not like we usually exchange chit-chat. So I said (as blankly and matter-of-fact as possible) "Well, I suppose I have."

I dunno about you, but that sounds like an HR-worthy comment. I think it falls squarely under the "hostile work environment" category. Seriously inappropriate. If he had said something like that to a woman, and she reported him, he would have been sent packing, most definitely.

I seriously doubt they were offered a billion dollars... rupees, maybe. There isn't a concert tour in history that has even come remotely close to grossing that much money. Still, Buddah knows an Abba reunion would be one for the record books. It would be like Woodstock in Europe.

I majorly screwed up today. There's a one hour History exam I have to do... I thought it was next Thursday. It was today. I checked the email sent out, and when I loaded it on my PC it just loaded into gibberish on word. Not happy.

I think I'll be able to sit it at a different time, it's only an hour long, and it's an in-house exam... and other people are doing it later cause they were on holiday and so on... I'm just furious with myself for missing the damned thing.
