Post Your Fleetwood Mac's compilation

Hi! I'm sure you've heard some compilation albums of Fleetwood Mac, from the "Greatest Hits" of 1988, to "The Very Best" released in 2002.
Using only songs from the period 1975-1997 (including 1988 to 1995), could you make your own compilation? You can make up to 2 cds, ordering the songs by year or not. You can also add demos or long versions.
Well, here's my 2 cds:

Disc 1:

01. Go your own way
02. Don't stop
03. Dreams
04. Little Lies
05. Everywhere
06. You make loving fun
07. Rhiannon
08. Tusk
09. Say you love me
10. Seven Wonders
11. Family Man
12. Sara
13. Monday Morning
14. Gypsy
15. Over my Head (from Fleetwood Mac)
16. Landslide
17. Big Love (from Tango In The Night)

Disc 2:

01. The Chain (from The Dance)
02. Second Hand News
03. What makes you think you're the one
04. Warm ways
05. Never going back again
06. Silver Springs
07. Tango In The Night
08. Songbird
09. Gold Dust Woman
10. Hold Me
11. Oh Diane
12. I'm so Afraid (complete, from The Dance)
13. As long as you follow
14. You and I, part I
15. You and I, part II
16. Paper Doll

Regards, and thank you!

Okay, so mine is more of a personal favourite mix of performances, studio versions and demo's, so here goes:

01. Sisters of the Moon (Mirage Tour)
02. The Chain (The Dance)
03. Go Your Own Way (Mirage tour)
04. I Don't Want To Know
05. Honey Hi
06. Beautiful Child
07. Angel (Tusk Tour)
08. I Know I'm Not Wrong
09. Smile At You (Angry Demo)
10. Blue Letter
11. Eyes of the World (Live in Boston)
12. Say You Love Me (The Dance) - minus Lindsey's chatter at the end.
13. Tango In The Night
14. Rhiannon (That 1976 performance.)
15. Tusk (The Dance)
16. Don't Stop (The Dance)
17. Songbird.

So that's my first CD, I might come back later and make another one, but it would probably be a whole different arrangement because I put some 'finishing' songs on this disc that should have been on the second, had I made one.
This was really good fun, I didn't pay much attention to the sequencing, what would Lindsey and Stevie think!? But I really enjoyed this and I'm gonna go make it into a playlist on my iTunes. Thanks for starting this

Sara
Honey Hi
Never Going Back Again
Landslide

On my compilation, which I'll have to think about, I'd have "What Makes You Think You're the One" from Aug-Sept. 1980 ... a live cut.

I'd also have the full on-the-fly recording of the Jorge Calderon song that's on the TUSK special edition.

Last night I was listening to Not That Funny from 5-14-1980 and it sizzled. It was unbelievable. I wish they had tried to really jam together like that one last time, in 1997. Of course, it would take up 10 minutes on any compilation, but it would be worth it.

There's no way I can limit my choices to just post-75 material. That'd be leaving out a LARGE number of my favorite Fleetwood Mac songs...and versions of songs.

They were really good when they jammed together... That's when it was even more of a band back in the day. And I don't mind 10 min of jamming at all..

In no particular order... I picked 36 tracks that I think would fit for people who aren't familiar with the band as much.

I'd include a 3rd and 4th disc with some oddities, more pre-Buckingham Nicks era stuff, and some of the Greatest Hits/Behind the Mask nuggets.

1) Rhiannon
2) Go Your Own Way
3) Dreams
4) World Turning
5) Sara (6 min version)
6) Everywhere
7) The Chain
8) Think About Me
9) Say You Will
10) Never Going Back Again
11) Man of the World
12) Gypsy (extended)
13) You Make Loving Fun
14) I'm So Afraid (The Dance)
15) Oh Well
16) Bleed To Love Her (SYW)
17) Over My Head
18) Gold Dust Woman

1) Black Magic Woman
2) Little Lies
3) Big Love (The Dance)
4) Say You Love Me
5) Eyes of the World (LiB)
6) Isn't It Midnight
7) Silver Springs (The Dance)
8) Peacekeeper
9) Hold Me
10) Tusk
11) Seven Wonders
12) Why
13) Landslide (The Dance)
14) Don't Stop
15) Thrown Down
16) Blue Letter
17) Hypnotized
18) Farmers Daughter

For me, the 2002 VBO is fairly close to my ideal 2 disc greatest hits. Later tonight, I'll compare/constrast mine with the VBO.
