Silver Springs (the record and The Dance version) are beautiful. Great song.

Duh I think that, not only is it one of Stevie's best, it is THE best.

Silver Springs is probably going to win by far, so I voted for Sweet Girl. My thirteen year old self has very fond memories of seeing The Dance tour twice. I've loved the song ever since.

Although I adore the original version of Silver Springs more than every other Stevie song bar Rhiannon and Gold Dust Woman... I voted for Fireflies. An under-rated jewel of a song.

Too bad Silver Springs is in this poll, Fireflies has no chance

Or No Questions Asked, which is another of my favorites. I think I may be the only one who finds Silver Springs to be a tad overrated

Nah, so do I, especially the live version. I'm not a shipper so it does absolutely nothing for me, great vocal by Stevie on the original though and I love the harmonies. It was close but I chose Fireflies, definitely in my Stevie top 5 with Sweet Girl not far behind. When I remember it exists, that is... might include it with Mirage on my iPod so I stop forgetting about it...

HAH! How can you put Silver Springs with this bunch?

If the poll was open, I'd vote for 'Not Make Believe.' Lindsey's version!!

Edit: The poll is open! DUH! Sorry, it's early and I'm still drinking my coffee.

If I would compare studio versions, the best one would be definitely No Question Asked. But as a song, I love the most Silver Springs, but I donīt like the studio version from 1976... but on that DVD Live In Boston from 2004 itīs amazing.

I've always had a soft spot for No Questions Asked. I know it's not the best song here by any measure... but it's my fav nonetheless. I guess because it's sentimental... I remember my Aunt giving me Fleetwood Mac's Greatest Hits for Christmas in '93 and I wore that album OUT! It was only my second Mac album. I still remember when I heard No Questions Asked for the first time... I was watching Walker, Texas Ranger!

Silver Springs is probably the best song of the lot... but after having it played up for the past 13 years, I'm kinda sick of it. And I'm especially sick of the people who just read too damned much into the whole meaning and performance of the song.

Silver Springs, surprise surprise.
Madly in love with this song..it's so emotional and powerful during the Dance, and the piano demos are for lack of a better word, 'heart wrenching.'
I play this song when I'm mad for some reason, it just helps xD It is haunting, delicate and pure Stevie.♥

Louie prob wants to hurt me right now, lol.

Nah... I used to be a big fanboy of the song, too. It was an emotional one for me as well. I've just heard it too many times now, and have heard too much Stevie/Lindsey shipper crap about it over the years as well .
