Yes, it is.

I'm sure there are rips of this somewhere, but since now there is the Bella Donna deluxe edition available, which includes even more tracks, I'd say it's become superfluous.
There's also an uncut bootleg of the show that even if its quality is slightly less, it's complete.

I'm not sure why you would say it is superfluous. The BD deluxe is only audio. I'm looking for a rip of the concert from the laser disc. I've seen laser disc rips of the Tusk doc and Mirage concert, but never this concert. Just asking.
