Yeah, unless she does something really dramatic with it (like a 17-minute, re-constructed version, with new lyrics, strings , and a lock of her hair that flies out of the stereo and dances while the song plays), it will be difficult for me to not see it as a wasted opportunity. However, since there is no studio version, the OCD/completist that lives in my head will at least be satisfied.

It actually just occurred to me that the "live" song could be referencing All The Beautiful Worlds. Isn't that basically what "Telephone/You Won't Forget Me" evolved into lyrically?

Yes, that is hardly a "vault" song. That song has been flagrantly dancing and kicking itself across the stages of the world for years. While I know people want a recorded studio version of the song, this album is not the place for it.
