Well, I view this war, as it has been conducted, full of lies, by Bush, as an act of terror, yes. Especially since records show that we had knowledge of the terrorist attacks before they were executed, and failed to respond with the best of our capabilities to them, while they were going on. I view this war as a tool of the repub party to carry out their own nefarious schemes. Schemes that have a lot to do with world domination and oil
