I'm glad to see that FM is adding more dates on their tour.It is strange to see they will be playing at a Jazz fest.

Have fun to those that will go to the show.

They played Summerfest in Milwaukee for a tour. Normally free but they sold tickets instead. Sold out immediately. This is SO exciting especially to hear the roar of the crowd cheer after what I hope is an inspriational introduction to New Orleans! They have to play it.

They are headlining and will play last. If Stevie can handle the Woodlands Pavilion in Houston in August, she can definitely handle NOLA in May.

I love horns in my music It would be different if FM add some horns in their tunes for the jazz fest.

Default Jazz Fest

Are they selling tickets separately? I see it on Ticketmaster rather than just going to the Fairgrounds like normal.

We're still unable to find out when they play? Is it 7pm or 8pm?

The festival supposedly runs from 11am-7pm, I suppose they will post the times/itenary at a later date.

Yeah - it will be awhile before they post the grids listing exact times and stages. FM is a headliner, look for them to be the last band of the day on the Acura stage.

Could Stevie add a Fleetwood Mac version of "New Orleans" to the set list for a one-off......I would love to hear the tune with a mellow horn section.

the headliners play at around 5:30, since they shut it down at 7:00

I'm going. Despite the agony of waiting in the heat all day, the fact that the setlist will be shortened, and the sad reality that even if you're there right when the gates open you'll be behind a pen holding a couple hundred VIP package holders.... I'm looking forward to it. Hey, at least you save money!

Thanks you just talked me right out of going.

I already imagined the setlist would be shortened, but all these other things considered hmmp. It's going to cost me approx $500 (yes I'm driving) but I need another NOLA vaca soooo bad.
