Ok, this is not Mac-related, but I still laugh about this all these years later... The Creedence song "Bad Moon Rising"... one day about twenty years ago, I was driving in the car with my ex-girlfriend's sister, and that song came on the radio, and instead of singing "there's... a bad moon... on the rise", she sang "there's... a bathroom... on the right" !!!!

This is what sends me runnin' to the lyric sheet, I always have trouble with Lindsey and Stevie's pronunciation. Christine, not so much, though I did think she was saying "Cover your eyes, don't look at the day" in Don't Stop for a bit.

And Go Your Own Way, I thought he was saying something about thunder at first, like, "You can call it thunder, and go away"

John Fogherty actually acknowledges that it sounds like bathroom on the right. I saw him in concert and he actually sang bathroom on the right and pointed for us.

ohmygod! yes! but sometimes they do that in their lyrics intentionally - i love it!

and another lyric boo-boo:

"Sisters of The Moon"

"any black willow, spider-man...."

instead of " and a black widow spider makes..."

and this isn't messing up lyrics, but i anticipate lyrics in songs...

for example, in "Whenever i Call You Friend"

"day by day, we can see..."

i hear the "day by day" and then just the "We" sound, so i logically think "week by week" and i sing that! It's so annoying cause i'm like, "Miranda that's not it!" so i kinda just make up lyrics to songs all the time!

thank you! yes me too, i actually will sing it that way just to annoy my dad...haha....but he shouldn't be talking!!!!! Though my father introduced me to the Mac, he only knows, like 4 songs

That reminds me - on the Philly unleashed bootleg once Lindsey is starting to play big love a guy yells: "Woooorrrrrlllld TurrrrrNIN!"

Even now I still realize lyrics to certain songs. In Don't Stop, I thought it was "a lullaby for all the things that you've done" instead of "and not about.." And in Dreams I thought it was "in the stillness of her memory" instead of "remembering."
