Hillary, when my record player gave out a few years ago, I bought a turntable at Circuit City. It only cost about $100, so it wasn't really very expensive. I actually have it hooked up to an extra TV set, which I also use for watching DVDs. It's just an idea. You might as well get a turntable since you have vinyl records.
