Do you know. That is all.
Do you know. ...the ULTIMATE collaboration in Fleetwood Mac history. Doesn't get better than that. (ok ok.. after Don't Stop and World Turning voices collaboration, of course).

Do You Know is just a bit too slow and sappy. The production is so thick and sloppy you'd need a diamond blade saw to cut through it!

When The Sun Goes Down just has no place on a Mac record, in my humblest of opinions. For those who think it's because I'm a chiffonhead, think again. I say the exact same thing about That's Alright. Fleetwood Mac in my eyes has always been a blues/pop/rock fusion... and things like folk/country/zydeco just don't fit into the puzzle. Others disagree, but this is just how I feel.
I disagree, WTSGD reminds me of Jeremy's Buddy Holly-inspired joints from Kiln House--totally within the realm of the band's legacy of taking in different rock/pop elements (just IDWTK's Everly-inspired harmonies).

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

I am actually in love with Do You Know So that! We're not counting When It Comes To Love as a collaboration though? Maybe Chris didn't co-write but it is a duet...

The consensus here on the Ledge seems to be that collaboration is more about who wrote the song versus who sings on it. "Don't Stop" and "Hold Me" were counted as Christine not collaboration, while "World Turning" was counted as collaboration since it was both co-written and performed vocally by Christine/Lindsey.

Hope that helps...
