The Ledgie Commune coming soon (2011?)
An idea I played around with while I was out riding the lawn tractor.
I'll provide more details later. You guys & gals chime in with your own ideas. But, for the meantime... 1. A two or three month getaway. (I need it!) 2. Somewhere in the U.S. (Except California and New York $$$) 3. Got to be affordable. (= more Ledgies) 4. Freaks locked up at night. We have to sleep. |

I'm in England and at University, thus I have no real concept/appreciaton for the value of money and/or safety. I'd be in definitely! Maybe tour the honkey tonks of a Southern State ? That would be nifty. Already got a taste when I went to Memphis and Nashville a couple of years ago. Oooo! Nashville could be good!

Might I suggest a dress/grooming code along these lines:

If it's a commune, I suggest a wing for all of the Chiffonheads, and another, for fans of the rest of the band. With a big locking steel door, to separate the two factions.

"Dear Ledgies, we have a wonderful musical treat for us today at the commune! Performing her unique rendition of "Gold Dust Woman," let's give it up for our special guest Bekka Bramlett!"

I did the same thing, except with animal crackers. Now I have soggy smashed elephant all over my desk.

Agreed! To me it's no coincidence that the one album Bekka worked on pretty much bombed. It's probably an overly critical comment from me, but I refuse to even class Time as a Fleetwood Mac album. It's just not good or like them AT ALL.
