Arrow salumith..

ITA!! Exactly...I mean, I watch the video for Thriller and it NEVER ceases to amaze me how cool it is, even almost 20 years later!! As for Black and White...I think THAT is Michael's cheesy video, but it came MUCH later!! I mean, yeah, the morphing was kinda cool, but the rest of the video kinda blows chunks...to me anyways, and I love Mike!! BTW, Billie Jean is a great video and it came before B&W also!! So, technology has NOTHING to do with it, it's the look and style of the video. They have a CRAPLOAD of technology at their fingertips today, but what kind of videos do people make today...LAME ONES!!!

SO...watching the videos for Trouble and It Was I, I STILL see them as cheesy. I think someone said that Lindsey thinks that videos are a waste of time or pointless (dang, where did I read that???) anyways, so whatever. None of the FM videos are SPECTACULAR in terms of groundbreaking stuff anyways, but they are still fun to watch...for various reasons.

And, THAT is my rant. LOL No offense to ANYONE!!

P.S. I got to see Wrong and Don't Look Down (thanks John!!) and I must say when Lindsey came on the screen as Elvis, I DIED laughing, I LOVED IT!! DLD is a cool video with Lindsey looking cute in sunglasses and he's having fun with "the group"!

Now, you can't tell me that even LB hasn't popped in a copy of Trouble or It Was I and had a good old laugh at least once.
It's like looking at your Prom picture 20 years later and thinking "Holy Crap, what was I thinking?!"

If you can't have a sense of humor about these things, then where is the fun in life?

None of us meant to belittle any contributions.

I'm sorry, but those early vids are a hoot!
You OBVIOUSLY don't know me and therefore you do not know my sense of humor. My entire point was that people didn't seem to be seeing these videos for what they were at the time. Yeah, they're cheesy now and I realize that and I wasn't saying that they aren't funny to watch. I was taking this from a different point of view than everyone else so don't try to say that I don't have a sense of humor about things.

I've never seen a Lindsey solo video before. I guess i need to start emailing some requests to MuchMoreMusic. Better yet, they should do a spotlight on him
