That wasn’t the setlist for most of the tour. At some point, apparently in June, “In the Back of My Mind” segued into “The Chain” (ITBOMM ended when Stevie sang “remember” after Christine’s part in the song). The band hid behind a banner that had a few masks going across while that intro was playing. The banner came down when Rick’s guitar intro started. When I saw them on June 26, 1990, this was the setlist.

In the Back of My Mind ->
The Chain
Dreams
Isn't It Midnight
Love Is Dangerous
Oh Well
Rhiannon
Stop Messin' Round
Save Me
Gold Dust Woman
I Loved Another Woman
Landslide
World Turning
Everywhere
Stand on the Rock
Little Lies
Stand Back
You Make Loving Fun
Go Your Own Way

Encore:
Tear It Up
Don't Stop

They were having technical issues that caused them to be late, so “Songbird” was skipped.

According to that link, The Chain was the opening number when the tour started and Say You Love Me was not performed. It shows up as the opener in Las Vegas and Red Rocks, CO and then is removed again from the set.
Who knows.
After they switched to the setlist I saw on June 26, SYLM was out until Christine announced she was retiring from touring, and SYLM replaced “Save Me”.

I really dig BTM. How anyone can listen to Mick, John, and Chris jam with a little Billy and not like it fascinates me. There is so much great playing on the album. It missed all the slick synth pop wrapping that some seem to enjoy on Tango.
The masses even forget about this line up and the album.
I had bought the cassette in 1990. A few months ago I bought a used CD of BTM on Ebay and listened to it "back to front" for over a week. I LOVE IT.
Even though it's in my bottom five Fleetwood Mac albums, there's still a lot to enjoy from it, particularly Christine's and Billy's songs. Even the band's worst albums have some quality.

I wonder if not all venues were able to accommodate the ITBOMM banner.

You saw them on one of the last dates before it got cancelled. What you say is true except for the fact that Save Me was not completely dropped. I saw a show in November and no Save Me (SYLM instead). But I have seen a few youtube shows when the tour resumed in October and November had Save Me instead of SYLM.
I suppose it would be fair to say that SYLM was briefly played a few times early in the tour and briefly played when the tour resumed in replace of Save Me. Sort of crazy and sad to think their lead single from BTM was not even being played at shows anymore while still sort of promoting BTM. Stevie performed no songs from BTM and many dates neither did Chris. The new guys finally had their own songs to sing and they were put in the set.

It's easy to identify Christine in the song. Not like the first times I heard Don't Stop. I wasn't a Mac fan yet, so I didn't know enough about its members. L&C voices sound very similar in that song, I thought it was just one singer.

I just wanted to thank everyone who commented about about Christines’s singing on When It Comes to Love… I had to take a road trip this weekend so I brought Behind the Mask with me and you were all correct about how prominent she is on the song. I mean, I always heard her singing backing and harmony, but I always thought it was Billy singing the entire song. When I listened to the song this time, it was plain as day! It was like rediscovering an old favorite. WICTL was already one of my favorite songs from the album, but it’s even more of a favorite now!

In fact, song for song, the whole album was a joy to listen to. There’s honestly not one song I dislike. I LOVE Save Me, When It Comes to Love, In the Back of My Mind, Skies the Limit, Love is Dangerous, and Do You Know, and I like Stand on the Rock, Freedom, Hard Feelings, the Second Time, When the Sun Goes Down, Affairs of the Heart, and Behind the Mask. Hard Feelings is an interesting song… I remember hearing it on the radio and how shocked I was it was released as a single. The first time I heard it on the radio was the last time I ever heard it on the radio LOL as it really bombed. Not all songs are meant to be radio singles, but hearing it again this weekend really made me appreciate Billy’s songwriting and vocals.

Anyway, just wanted to say thanks again to everyone for their comments about the song in question.

I thought of you a couple of hours ago. I went to the largest chain of used media in the south, McKay,
https://www.mckaybooks.com/
and, as always, I always see what used FM stuff they have. Today's count?
DVDs- Tango ($11)and The Dance($18)
LPs- no FM. 2LB Law and Order($12) and 2 Go Insane($12)
CDs- one original Tusk($11), "lost" discs from The Chain boxed set(varying prices) and.... wait for it....
4 copies of BTM($1.95 each)

Folks, you can't make this sh1t up!

If they knocked them down to 50 cents I would consider buying them and re-tooling them as coasters.

That makes for some expensive coasters, relative to what they're worth.
